They're all either cluttered with features I don't need, impossible to read mid-set, or locking a basic countdown behind a subscription. So I built one for myself. Thrive is a simple interval timer that does exactly what you need and nothing you don't.

Simple Tabata rounds or fully custom routines where each interval has its own duration. Build exactly the workout you want, not the one the app decided for you.

Native on iPhone and Apple Watch. Start a workout from your wrist, track health metrics, leave your phone on the couch. If you've used Fitness or Calendar, you already know how this works.
